The third installment of this popular series! Led by local artist Roni Wilder-Guidi, this watercolor painting workshop for beginners will take place at the Beatrix Farrand Garden, located on the Roosevelt-Vanderbilt Historic Site in Hyde Park. Beatrix Farrand was the first professional woman landscape gardener in America, and in 1899, one of the founding members of the Society for Landscape Architects. During this workshop, Roni will demonstrate basic watercolor painting techniques for capturing the natural world.
Participants are encouraged to bring a chair to work from, but all art supplies and snacks will be included. Class size is limited! REGISTRATION REQUIRED
