Show Our Pollinators Love
Milkweed Seed Stratification & Germination
Program for Adults & Kids

Help us get ready for planting season!
Learn all about milkweed, stratification & germination from Candace Gallagher.
Most milkweed species planted in North America need a cold moist stratification to encourage spring germination. Cold moist stratification is a technique used to simulate the real-world conditions a seed would receive outdoors after the frozen winter gives way to a warm, wet spring.

How To Steal A Masterpiece
With Art Historian Mallory Mortillaro
Online Via Zoom - Registration Required

Enter the underworld of stolen art as we examine the little known stories of some of history’s greatest art heists. This lecture will review some of the most significant art theft in the last century and a half, while also questioning and discussing how the legitimate art market has managed to pique the interest of so many criminals.

Mallory Mortillaro is an art historian and educator.  She has over ten years of teaching experience, and has worked on various art research projects for museums and organizations in the New York metropolitan area.

The program is a collaboration of the
