We recommend bringing water, bug spray, and sunscreen and a little snack. Weather appropriate clothing and proper footwear like sneakers or hiking boots are necessary. Dress in layers, prepared for cold or warm weather. Bring umbrellas or coats, and plan to hike no matter what the weather because that is part of the fun! Pictures: We take photographs and share what we learn on the hikes with others. We would love to highlight your photos too. Last year HOAM served nearly 8,000 meals and provided over 1,000 blessing bags as well as countless pairs of socks, underwear, coats, shoes, scarves, hats, gloves.
