Learn how to maintain a sourdough culture and make artisan bread at home! We will go over baking terms, techniques and make two types of sourdough bread, a white peasant and a multigrain variety.

Some preparation prior to class - ingredient/supply list and sourdough starter will be provided.
We will provide a link to the live online class
