Notes For Neighbors

Send our neighbors some love today!
Write a note of encouragement, hope, and friendship.
Your kind words will make a difference for those who are alone!
.
Even during the best of times, living alone can be isolating. In an effort to ease some of the loneliness members of our community are experiencing we are collecting notes and cards to be distributed through Meals On Wheels of Hyde Park

This project is a partnership between the Staatsburg Library, Starr Library, the Morton Memorial Library, Rhinebeck Responds, and the Pollinator Patrol Club.

Make your own card, draw a picture, write a note on a greeting card or pick up blank notecards from the library.
If you need supplies to make or decorate your cards, stop by the library and we can provide you with what you need.

We offer story times and other activities for children, teens, and adults, including a book discussion group. Check our program calendar or call the library at 845-889-4683.
