Join instructor Maryann Russell for Qigong/Tai Chi for all levels of ability on Tuesday afternoons in November. Classes will meet at the Staatsburg Firehouse where we have plenty of room to spread out. With a combination of meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement, Qigong & Tai Chi offer the opportunity to be centered and balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
