(space limited - you may be added to a wait list)Community Yoga is an energizing morning practice of thoughtful movement, yoga asana, and easygoing breathwork.
No yoga experience is needed, but please make sure you’re comfortable standing and moving safely through simple balance poses.
If you’re working with significant injuries or mobility challenges that make standing or balancing difficult, this class may not be the best or safest fit right now.Please bring your own yoga mat, two yoga blocks and a blanket or thick towel.
Kristen Pratt (CYT 500) is committed to creating inclusive, heart-centered, and mobility-focused yoga practices for all kinds of bodies and experiences.
