    Join the Pollinator Patrol Club for the last meeting of the summer. We are wrapping up our Summer Walkabout of the Hyde park Trail System. If you followed along on your own and completed the Walkabout or came to one or more of our hikes, we’d love to see you. .Meet at the Beatrix Farrand Garden on the grounds of the FDR National Historic Site for a celebration and hiking badge ceremony.

    Meet at the garden (4097 Albany Post Rd., Hyde Park, NY 12538) for a celebration at 1:30 then we’ll explore the amazing garden, look for pollinators, and hear about the Staatsburg library’s hiking backpack lending program. Then we’ll head over to FDR to pick up our badges.

    If you want to join our fall hiking program, come on Tuesday! Pick up a trail map and your own trail log. We will have our Garden Hiking schedule and the Fall hiking schedule available too.
