A writing group for parents, caregivers, family members and educators of children with special needs. This is a safe space to share and explore thoughts and feelings! This group meets regularly at the library throughout the year and is facilitated by Diana Rush, a writer and parent. Diana will help participants use writing as a means to sort through some of the unique challenges and victories of parenting and working with these special kids. Everyone is welcome and no writing experience is necessary
A monthly book club that centers around the themes of food, cooking & eating. Books and discussions range from ingredients & flavors to health, policy, people and the environment.

Babies & Books - Lapsit Program for Birth-24 Months

Join Miss Lisa for this program specifically for infants and babies. Using songs, rhymes, fingerplay, puppets and more this program is geared to promote the development of early literacy skills, motor coordination and provide opportunities for social interaction.
This program is for Upper Elementary and Middle School students to explore their creativity through projects in science, art, math and technology.
