With a combination of meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement, Qigong & Tai Chi offer the opportunity to be centered and balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. 3:45 pm – 4:45 pm Guided Nature Hikes on the Hyde Park Trails System The group will be meeting at a different Hyde Park State Park each week. This 12 week series is geared towards families with school age children, using the hike to incorporate as many subjects and learning opportunities as possible. Rain or shine; only required materials are appropriate hiking gear, a nature journal, and pencil. Tick and bug spray always a good idea too!
