The TMI Project Free Write
Virtual Program

A  weekly drop-in writing workshop series. Experience expertly crafted free-writing exercises.

Congregate weekly in a safe, virtual space to connect, write, share, and listen. Each workshop will be facilitated by trained TMI Project workshop leaders and will focus on free-writing and sharing work.

Regular attendance is not mandatory.
Participants can drop in whenever they’re able to.

Join instructor Maryann Russell for Qigong/Tai Chi for all levels of ability on Tuesday afternoons in March & April.
Classes meet at the Staatsburg Firehouse. 

With a combination of meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement, Qigong & Tai Chi offer the opportunity to be centered and balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
