Do you love sweets but you don’t want the accompanying blood sugar rush?
Join Holly Shelowitz, Certified Nutrition Counselor and Culinary Nutrition Educator for a nutrition workshop and cookalong cooking class. Learn about alternative sweeteners like monk fruit sugar, stevia, erythritol, maltitol, xylitol, swerve and others, what they are, where to find them and how to use them.

Together we will prepare chocolate chip cookies which are naturally gluten free since we are using almond flour.

Class takes place on ZOOM with live video, so Holly is in her kitchen and you are in yours cooking together. Cook or watch as Holly guides you step-by-step to create delicious treats.
Set up your device (phone, tablet, ipad, computer) in the kitchen so you can cook along.
Recipes, ingredient list and Zoom login will be sent in advance.
